Tell us what you need. That can be a set of plans and take-offs, a product you’ve already selected, or simply a manufacturer you want to work with. If you’re not sure which product fits, we can recommend options for your project.

Sourcing & landed quote

We work with the manufacturer you choose, or identify the right one based on your specifications and budget. You receive a landed-price quote that covers getting the product from the factory to your project — not just the factory price.

Order & production

Once you sign off, we place the order with the factory and follow production through to shipping, keeping you updated along the way.

Ocean freight

We book the freight, prepare the shipping documents and track your order from the European factory to the U.S. port of entry.

Customs & import

Ital East acts as the importer. We handle the import paperwork and customs entry, so you don’t have to register as an importer or deal with customs yourself.

Delivery to your project

From the port, we arrange inland trucking and coordinate the delivery date with your project schedule. Certified installation support is available when you need it.
