MB-60

The MB-60 system features three-chambered profiles with a structural depth of 60 mm for frames and 69 mm for casements (60 mm for doors). This design ensures a unified surface appearance when closed, maintaining a slender and sturdy structure. The profiles can also be bent for various arch and arch-like configurations. Thanks to thermal breaks and gaskets, the MB-60 system achieves a low overall heat-transfer coefficient (U-value) and meets thermal requirements for both windows and doors. "Omega"-shaped thermal breaks enhance profile rigidity and drainage, ensuring consistent thermal insulation in all conditions. The system is closely related to MB-45, MB-59S, and MB-70 systems, allowing for compatibility in elements, hardware, and production processes. This standardization results in nearly identical appearances for products produced with different building systems. The MB-60 system serves as a foundation for enhanced thermal insulation solutions like MB-60HI, MB-60US HI, MB-60E HI, and MB-60EF HI.
